Patient profiles

Each profile stores a name, age, diagnosis, onset date and any baseline screening scores you already have: MoCA (0–30), MMSE (0–30) and NIHSS (0–42), shown with their usual severity bands. A six-area profile chart compares your admission estimate with the current picture as results come in.

Clinician Basic holds up to 15 patients and Clinician Pro is unlimited. Clinician accounts also include three read-only demo patients with sample history, so every module can be tried before you add real patients. Demo patients don’t count toward the limit and nothing done with them is saved. The Individual plan has one personal profile.
