Privacy Policy

How Natural Health Logic Global collects, uses and protects information when you use CogniStride.

This policy is pending legal review and may be revised. Last updated October 7, 2026.

Who we are

CogniStride (“CogniStride”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Natural Health Logic Global, based in Georgia, United States. You can contact us about privacy at support@cognistride.app.

Patient information stays on your device

CogniStride is designed so that the patient information you enter, including patient profiles, baseline scores, session results, effort ratings, goals, clock drawings and notes, is stored in the browser on the device you use, separately for each account. This information is not sent to or stored on our servers, and we cannot access, recover or delete it. You are responsible for that information, including obtaining any consent required to record it and keeping the device secure. See Where patient data lives for practical details.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, account type (clinician or individual) and a hashed password.
  • Subscription information: your plan, subscription status, trial and renewal dates and a Stripe customer identifier. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us.
  • Support messages: the name, email address, topic and message you send through the contact form or by email.
  • Technical information: our servers record standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies: we use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security cookie to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
  • Analytics: where enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Studio events record only that an action occurred (for example, that an exercise module was completed), never patient information.

How we use information

  • To provide CogniStride, including signing you in and applying your plan’s features.
  • To process subscriptions and payments through Stripe.
  • To send service emails such as password resets and replies to your messages.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website and studio are used so we can improve them.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run CogniStride, under their own privacy terms:

  • Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices and the billing portal.
  • Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) for sending email.
  • Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly website statistics, where enabled.
  • Our hosting provider, which operates the servers CogniStride runs on.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Retention

We keep account and subscription information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Support messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and maintain records. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can update your name, email and password from your account page, and manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to have your account deleted, email support@cognistride.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will respond to requests as required.

Patient information stored in your browser can be deleted by you at any time by clearing the site data for cognistride.app in your browser.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep the devices you use for CogniStride secure.

Children

Accounts are intended for adults. CogniStride is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian may hold an account to support a minor’s use under their supervision.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email or in the product.
