Billing questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Checkout asks for a card, but nothing is charged for 14 days. Cancel from your account before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Each account can use one free trial.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Under Account → Manage billing you can switch between monthly and yearly, or between Clinician Basic and Pro. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
- How do I cancel?
- Account → Manage billing → Cancel. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- What happens to patient records if I cancel?
- They stay in your browser on the device you used. To open the studio again later, you need an active plan. Clinician Pro users can download a backup file first.
- Can a clinic pay for several clinicians?
- Not yet. At the moment each clinician needs their own account and subscription.
